    Liz has been an editor at NewBeauty for more than 15 years. Prior to NewBeauty, she was the managing editor at Worth magazine, editor-in-chief of the financial publication BeE Woman magazine, held various editorial positions at Time Inc., and interned at Us Weekly and MTV.com<\/a>. She is the de facto tester on the team for anything sensitive skin and bath-related, and her idea of bliss is a full-body massage.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Hayley Mason, Vice President of Content Strategy + Growth<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Hayley joined NewBeauty as the VP, Content Strategy + Growth in January 2024. She joined the team from Dotdash Meredith, where she worked for five years, most recently as the General Manager of InStyle and Shape. She also oversaw content strategy for brands, including HelloGiggles, Martha Stewart Weddings, Travel + Leisure, and more. Hayley has worked as a beauty director and editor at Byrdie, Who What Wear, Refinery29, and Total Beauty Media, Inc. When not working, you can find her planning her next big trip or looking for the perfect red lipstick.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Britt Fallon, Director of Beauty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Britt has been an editor with NewBeauty for more than 12 years. She previously held the roles of Special Projects Editor, Senior Beauty Editor and Beauty Director. Before NewBeauty, she was the Executive Editor at Cosmetic World<\/em>, a beauty trade publication for industry insiders. She loves testing new products, investigating ingredients, and interviewing experts and celebrities. She is also a superfan of tubing mascara, lip balm and good balayage. Britt is married with two daughters, Ruby and Emma.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Danielle Fontana Dooley, Director, Digital Content<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Danielle is the director of digital content for NewBeauty, overseeing editorial and branded content across all digital verticals. Danielle has been at NewBeauty since 2014 where she has held the roles of editorial assistant, assistant editor, digital editor, and senior digital editor. When she is not obsessing over a content calendar, Danielle can be found looking for the next best nude lipstick, testing better-sleep swaps and refreshing her TikTok feed for more Tayvis content.<\/p>\n\n\n

    Leiana started at NewBeauty as a Digital Coordinator almost 10 years ago where she gained experience in production and social media. In 2023, she returned as NewBeauty’s Senior Digital Content Producer where she pitches, writes and strategizes beauty shopping content, in addition to producing and optimizing digital content for NewBeauty.com. When she’s not testing and reviewing skin care and makeup, you can almost certainly find her in Prospect Park chasing after her daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n

Based in Florida, when she\u2019s not immersed in the world of beauty writing she enjoys spending time with her son. In addition to finding out what’s new and next, she lives for deep dives and finding the origin stories on cult-classic products and treatments. Whether she\u2019s binging a Bravo show or at a concert or festival, she\u2019s always finding inspo for her next story.<\/p>\n\n\n
