Foot care is really important, especially in wintertime because of season change. Our heels tend to get extra dry, but they\u2019re actually really easy to take care of. Exfoliation and hydration are key to preventing dry, cracked heels<\/a>. For at-home foot care and self care, make sure to do what works best for you and your schedule. Try to find a few minutes at the beginning or end of your day to take your normal self-care routine<\/a> to the next level by adding foot care.
